First place the U-bolt on the 2 inch trailer extension receiver, then lock them with the U-bolt and plate, install the U-bolt (bottom of the bolt) in the order shown in the picture above, put the washers and nuts separately and tighten , please pay attention to the orientation of the metal plate when installing.
