Fit 2003-2006 SILVERADO LED CHROME/CLEAR PROJECTOR HEADLIGHT W/LED KIT+COOL FAN

Q: What trucks does this headlight set fit? 
A: It fits 2003–2006 Chevy Silverado 1500, 2500, and 3500 models, as well as the 2007 Silverado "Classic". It also fits 2003–2006 Chevy Avalanche models, but only those without the lower plastic body cladding.

Q: What's in the package?

Q: How do I wire the LED DRL bar?
A: The white LED tube/bar needs to be wired into your truck's parking light circuit. There are two bare wires (power and ground) coming from the housing that you splice into the turn signal/parking light harness so the bar lights up with your parking lights.

Q: Will this fit if I have factory HID headlights?
A: No. These are designed for models that came with standard Halogen headlights. They are not compatible with models equipped with factory Xenon/HID systems due to wiring differences.

Q: How do I adjust the headlight aim?
A: These housings have vertical and horizontal adjustment screws on the back. Since projectors have a sharp cutoff line, it is critical to park 25 feet from a wall on level ground and adjust the low beams so the top of the beam pattern is slightly lower than the height of the headlight to strictly avoid blinding oncoming traffic.

Q: Why is the light beam shaking while driving?
A: If the beam vibrates, check that the mounting pins are fully slid into the locked position and that the rubber adjusters on the truck support are making contact. Also, ensure the LED bulb is locked firmly into the projector housing, as loose bulbs are a common cause of "shaking" beams.
