How long does order processing take?

A standard processing time of up to 48 working hours is required before the order is shipped out.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, PayPal Guest Checkout, and major credit/debit cards via PayPal. If you see a different PayPal account name during checkout (e.g., in Chinese), that is our verified merchant account and your payment is handled securely by Top Tuning Boost.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our US facilities in Fontana, CA 92335 and Pottsville, PA 17901, plus international partners when US stock is unavailable.

What are the shipping options?

Economy Shipping is often free on eligible items. Standard Shipping is $19.99 where applicable. When an item is not in US stock, it ships from international partners (typically 3–14 business days in transit after processing).

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Eligible items may be returned within the policy window in new/uninstalled condition with original packaging. Contact service@toptuningboost.com for an RMA before sending anything back.
