This HID projector headlight pair is a direct plug-and-play replacement for 2016–2018 Silverado 1500 trucks that came from the factory with HID/Xenon lighting. It uses the same D5S bulb type and wiring connectors as the original equipment—no cutting, splicing, or adapters required. Q: How do I know if my truck has factory HID headlights?
A: WT, LS, Custom, and LT trims from 2016–2018 typically came with HID projector headlights using D5S bulbs. LTZ and High Country trims use LED headlights, which are a completely different assembly and not compatible with this product. Check your current bulb—if it's D5S, you have HID.

Q: What trucks does this headlight set fit?
A: It fits 2016–2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and 2019 Silverado 1500 LD models with factory HID/Xenon headlights. This will not work on trucks with halogen projector headlights or LED headlights.

Q: Is this a direct plug-and-play replacement?
